Welcome to the Burton Business Club
The Burton Business Club is run by business people for business people. Club meetings are held within Burton-upon-Trent and are a gathering At these meetings, we have the opportunity of talking about issues which we, as business people, regard as paramount. We learn from each others’ experience; we discuss our successes (and failures!). Hence, we share in the achievements of our colleagues and we learn from our own mistakes and those of others. Burton Business Club welcomes applications for new members - the more members the club has, the more experiences and contacts we can share. Derek's Tree has opened in Coopers Square with the support of the Burton Business Club. Members of the public choose a gift tag from the Christmas tree, buy the requested present and Derek and his wife, Janet, take the gifts to under-priviledged children in Burton and surrounding areas.
Derek Liddle takes over the gavel from Andy Luffman the exiting Chairman of the Burton Business Club. Derek was voted to the office of Chairman at the clubs AGM held in April 2008.
